Policies

EventLi Events & Rentals will always provide top notch customer service to each and every client and customer. We will arrive promptly and do our best to accommodate in every way to the best of our knowledge. EventLi cannot guarantee that all of our rentals will come without signs of wear due to slight use from prior events.

We do not hold rentals and dates without a deposit, and balances must be paid 14 to 30 days prior to your event depending on the set agreement date. Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE. Please do not request an invoice unless your deposit is ready. Our rental prices do not include tax and delivery. Deliveries are not free.

We do not offer pick-up for rentals. 

EventLi is not responsible for any damage, injury, or death from our rentals due to mishandling from anyone not associated with EventLi. Customers are responsible for any lost or damaged items rented from EventLi. Customers are responsible for the reliability and safety of the event venue in addition to the event’s own furnishings.
